All guest rooms (Master Suite, Anna’s Room, and the Great Room with sleeper sofa) are located on the top level of our home with fabulous views of the surrounding cliffs, mountain ridges and North Valley. We book only one party at a time with your privacy and comfort in mind; ideal for a couple or up to six people.

You will enjoy the convenience of off-street parking, a private entrance and a fully equipped kitchenette stocked with breakfast goodies for the first 3 days of your stay. The Animas River Trail and Historic Downtown are just 3 minutes away, offering restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Rates ~

• 3-night minimum stay
• $165.00 Nightly 1 - 6 people
• $830.00 Weekly 1 - 6 people
• $2800.00 Monthly 1 - 6 people
• Cleaning fee: weekly stays $50.00, monthly stays $100.00
• Check-in is 3-6 pm. Check-out is 11 am

Policies ~

• Reservation deposit is 50% of total lodging cost
• If reservation is cancelled more than 14 days before scheduled arrival
  you will receive a full refund
• We accept Master Card, Visa or cash
• Father’s House is a non-smoking property
• We do not accept pets
